Dr Blizzard has special interests in Sex Positive Therapy, and providing therapy for Military/Veterans, and for Healthcare Workers, First Responders and Law Enforcement. Dr. Blizzard earned her DNP from Maryville University, and is licensed in Florida. She offers telepsychiatry services and is an advocate for destigmatizing mental health. As a member of the American Nurses Association, she provides compassionate care and welcomes patients to Excel Psychiatry.

Diana Tran holds a Master's in Counseling Education and a Play Therapy certificate from the University of Central Florida, complementing her Bachelor's in Psychology. With experience in individual, play, and family therapy gained from internships and non-profit work, Diana plays a key role at Excel Psychiatry, driving practice growth and community engagement.

Mandip Kaur, PMHNP, AGNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner and Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University & continued her education there to earn her Master of Science degree in Nursing. With over 5 years specializing in Psychiatry & more than 12 years in Critical Care, Mandip has extensive experience with adult and geriatric populations across various settings. Committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care, she aims to promote diversity, inclusion, and destigmatization of mental illness.

Kelsey Castroverde APRN, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She holds a master's degree from Vanderbilt University, graduating with highest honors, and a bachelor's degree from Florida State University, where she was valedictorian. With a background spanning inpatient acute care and outpatient neurology clinics, Kelsey offers a holistic approach to mental health care, integrating medication management with a focus on whole-person well-being.

Neshanna brings over a decade of dedicated service as an experienced receptionist. Proficient in managing patient information and orchestrating seamless appointment scheduling, she embodies a commitment to ensuring a streamlined experience for every patient. Neshanna takes immense pride in delivering exceptional customer service, dedicated to fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Yondu is a hearing dog that assists the founder of Excel Psychiatry, Sarah Blizzard. Yondu has been trained and donated by local trainers Canine Companions. Aside from diligently working in the office with the team, Yondu enjoys snacking and napping.
